The Situation

Background

Plasmabed needed a way to increase organic traffic and drive sales while clearly differentiating its products from competitors. Customers struggled to understand product differences and quality, leading to hesitation during purchase decisions.

The Challenge

Through user research and stakeholder interviews, I identified that customers needed a clearer way to compare key product attributes. I designed and developed a comparison-focused MVP that made differences easy to understand.

The Solution

By aligning requirements quickly and collaborating closely with stakeholders, I delivered the MVP in just 3 weeks. This enabled faster market entry, improved product clarity, and contributed to increased eCommerce sales.

My Role

Led end-to-end development from database design and wireframes to implementation and launch.
